Sampling

• KPB 90 Degree Button Probe. Sample directly into a bottle, no tubing required. Hand sampling limited to 750psi. Available with barb for 3/16" ID PVC and 1/8" ID PVC. Download the KPB PDF.

• SVP (Disposable probe, tube and vent cap). Needle probe style with PVC tube. Hand sampling limited to 750psi.

• JSF (Quick connect coupler). Quick connect instrumentation and particle counters up to 1500psi.  

• VHKF (Thread on KSF end, high pressure micro hose, crimped vent cap) safely sample at high pressure. Connect particle counters quickly and easily without the need for extra adapters. Thread to connect up to 3500psi.

Installation

• Install on pressurized ports on engines, transmissions, compressors & hydraulics upstream of filter and downstream of critical components.

• Range of thread, materials and seal options to fit directly into most systems. Fewer adapters necessary.

• Compact unibody design for tight locations.

• Frame mounted remote access bulkhead with microhose for difficult to locations.

Reliability

• Rugged patented valve. Successfully impulse tested to 1,000,000 cycles at 7800psi at Milwaukee School of Engineering Fluid Power Institute.

• Valve safely limits hand sampling to approximately 750psi. 6000psi spike resistance on hydraulic lines.

• Metal cap gives full secondary backup sealing to 6000psi.

• Superior elastomeric valving resists air inclusion and pressure spikes better than ball seat valving.

• Easier to keep clean with quick connect profile and metal dust cap.
