Offer of Sale: A Buyer's Order to Checkfluid Inc. (the "Seller") shall constitute acceptance of this offer of sale.

Terms and Conditions: Any offer of sale is limited to the Buyer's acceptance of the following terms and conditions. No amendments may be made unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of the Seller. Acceptance of the Seller's products constitutes acceptance of the Seller's offer.

Warranty: All the Seller's products are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment to the customer to be free of defects of material and workmanship. Our obligation to the purchaser for any fault or negligence in manufacturing or supplying such merchandise is limited to replacing at our expense such defective merchandise.

This warranty is in lieu of any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

Warning: Improper selection or application of products described in this website can cause serious injury or damage. The user is solely responsible for making the final selection of products to ensure that the overall system performance and safety requirements are met.

Payment: For approved accounts, payment is to be made on Net 30 day terms. Other accounts may pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Overdue accounts may be charged at the rate of 1-1/2% per month (18% annually). Shortages must be reported within 60 days of shipment of the order.

Credit Cards:

	Visa: U.S. orders will be billed in U.S. dollars, Canadian orders will be billed in Canadian dollars.
	MasterCard: U.S. orders will be billed in U.S. dollars. Canadian orders will be billed in Canadian dollars.
	American Express: U.S. orders will be billed in Canadian dollars (USD price multiplied by exchange factor) and will be converted back at the current American Express exchange rate. Canadian orders will be billed in Canadian dollars.

Delivery: Delivery shall be made F.O.B. Seller's shipping location. This means responsibility for the loss of a shipment rests with the Buyer once the carrier accepts delivery, regardless of the billing method or the party selecting the carrier. Delivery dates are approximate only and the Seller shall have no liability for delays in delivery.

Changes or Cancellations: Requests for modification by the Buyer to the quantity or design of the products ordered must be made in writing and accepted by the Seller. Approval must be given by the Seller for the return of product. Approval may be withheld.

Limitation of Liability: Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform any obligations beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. The foregoing warranty & guarantee represents the limits of liability of the Seller and the Seller shall not be responsible for any other damages.

Prices: Prices, as established by the Seller, only include duty and excise taxes. All other taxes are extra. Prices are subject to change without notice.
