Checkfluid KP Sampling Instructions

PURGE

SAMPLE


Sample hot/active fluid while the equipment is operating. Sample after 30 minutes operating time.

Unthread the dust cap.

Unthread cap on bottle.


Record all necessary sample data and identification on forms and labels. Attach forms and labels to bottles and mailers according to procedure.


Unthread purge bottle cap and carefully position under spout.

Place spout inside bottle.

  • Exercise extreme caution in the vicinity of operating equipment.
  • Skin contact with lube oil or inhalation of vapors can cause irritations. Consider gloves and eye protection.

Push to open. Release to close. Follow purge guidelines below.

Push valve to open. Fill to ¾ full mark. Release to close. Follow sampling time guidelines below.

-Hot/High Velocity fluid can puncture skin. Seek immediate expert medical assistance.
-Improper selection or application of products can cause serious injury, damage or death. The user is solely responsible for making the final selection of products to ensure that the overall system performance and safety requirements are met.
